PRODUCT INFORMATION

Treatments

  • Wash woolen clothes by hand.
  • We recommend using special detergents for woollens, it would be good to use the lanolin.
  • When the washing machine has a gentle hand wash program for woolen  clothing, it can be washed in the machine.
  • Wash in the 30-degree water.
  • Hand-washing, don’t rub away a garment, but press the garment  lightly.
  • Hand-washing, don’t wring out, squeeze out the excess water.
  • Do not spin.
  • When after washing the garment has gone out of shape, it is possible to steam the fabric to give back the correct shape.
  • Spread woolen clothes to dry on a flat surface, do not hang them. This avoids the woolen clothes from stretching out.
  • Woolen clothes do not need to be ironed.
  • Follow the care instructions on the label.

For ESTONIAN CUSTOMERS

Itella SmartPOST (3.79 EUR)
The order reaches the customer’s chosen parcel terminal within 5 working days from receipt of order confirmation. When the goods arrive at the parcel terminal, you will get an SMS, which contains the necessary security code to open the parcel terminal box.

Omniva parcel terminal (3.39 EUR)
The order reaches the customer’s chosen parcel terminal within 5 working days from receipt of order confirmation. When the goods arrive at the parcel terminal, you will get an SMS, which contains the necessary security code to open the parcel terminal box.

For INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Shipping to European countries will cost 20 euros.
Shipping to non European countries will cost 20 euros.

Parcel delivery depends on the recipient’s  country traditions – they may call in advance and agree on a suitable time, or deliver it directly to the recipient. Delivery within Europe takes an average of 3-7 working days; beyond Europe 6-10 working days .

Web environment purchases are paid 100% in advance. Orders can be paid via Estonian bank links – Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske, Credit Bank, LHV Bank. When you have ordered the item(s), we will send  you an e-mail confirmation of the order. The bill you will find from  the ordered package.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

For ESTONIAN CUSTOMERS

Liisa Soolepp e-store products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of Omniva parcel terminal , Itella SmartPOST courier or post office Omniva arrival notification. To qualify for refund or replacement, please send the product  to Viljandi Selver Männimäe Omniva or SmartPost parcel terminal. Phone number: +372 56989978. Postage for return or exchange will be paid by the customer himself. Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 14 days from the date we have received the returned item(s). You can expect the refund to reach your account within 5-10 working days.

To qualify for refund or exchange, fill out an application form which is available for you in the product’s package. Please give us accurate feedback as to why would you want to return or exchange the goods. Giving accurate reasons for why you are returning your product(s) is important, as it allows us to provide better products and better service for our customers.

Please email us about the refund or exchange to info@liisasoolepp.com   Sending product(s) back by Itella SmartPost, mark the destination as Viljandi Selver Männimäe (phone +37256989978). Sending by Omniva, the destination  of the package is Viljandi Selver Männimäe courier service (phone +37256989978). If the product has arrived to us, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of reception. In the case of exchange, we will send the new product as soon as we have received the item(s) you wish to exchange. The new product will reach you in a few days!

The product will not be refunded or exchanged if:

  1. it has been used  improperly,
  2. it has been wrongly cared for, with the result that the goods are mechanically damaged (burns, cuts, lacerations, chemical damage, etc.)
  3. it bears the signs of being worn out.
  4. In all the above-mentioned cases, the goods will be returned to the sender, and the money will not be refunded.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you decide to return any item(s) you must post it for us in its original state within 14 days from the day you have received item(s).  Postage for return or exchange will be paid by the customer himself. Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 14 days from the date we have received the returned item(s). You can expect the refund to reach your account within 5-10 working days, depending on the speed of international banks transactions.

Within your parcel you’ll find returns documentation. Please take care to fill it out completely. Giving accurate reasons for why you are returning product(s) is important, as it allows us to provide better products and better service for our customers.
